Aquapony Performance Center Kiel

The Aquapony Performance Center in Kiel-Schilksee is the most important training location for the German Aquapony National Team. Located directly on the Kiel Fjord, the facility offers unique conditions for combining equestrian and water sports.

The facility features a 50-meter swimming pool with variable water depth (0.8–2.0 m), specially converted for Aquapony training. Additionally, there is an outdoor pool with direct access to the fjord for open-water training.

The adjacent stable houses 12 specially trained Aquapony ponies. The animals are cared for by an experienced veterinary team and undergo their own conditioning program.
